What you provide and why

Contact details from the form are used to answer your enquiry. Client account details are used to manage your account, orders, documents and communications. The operator is Aurum Global Holdings, s.r.o., company ID 29745811, Krocínova 333/3, 110 00 Praha 1.

Sign-in and local preferences

We use the essential aurelis_client cookie for sign-in (up to 12 hours) and aurelis_consent to remember your choice (180 days). Language and consent withdrawal preferences are stored locally. Analytics and marketing cookies are disabled before consent. After analytics consent, aurelis_visitor may be used for visits to this website (180 days).

Visits and security

The server keeps a limited security log: time, IP address, page, standard User-Agent, available country and rule result. Without analytics consent, we do not store advertising identifiers, UTM parameters or a persistent visitor identifier. After consent, analytics visits may include the referral source, campaign and signed-in client account. Visits are stored for 30 days by default; the configured period may be 7 to 90 days. Cookie consent records are kept for 210 days.

When configured, Google Analytics 4 runs with analytics consent, Meta Pixel with marketing consent, and Google Tag Manager with consent to both categories. External services may process data outside the EU under their terms. External tracking does not run on sign-in, activation or client account pages. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
